I paid $55 for a video diagnosis. I have a single line of red pixels on my three year old Samsung TV. He immediately said TV is no good, $1738 to repair, but I could buy a new TV off of him. According to Google AI. The most common cause of this red line is a ribbon cable not properly seated. Not occasionally, but THE most common cause. He was not interested at all, he has my $55 and is only interested in selling me a TV he has repaired from someone else. I would fully expect to see my TV for sale in the next week… Awful communication, awful service. I genuinely feel cheated,.

Excellent service! My TV is quite heavy, so taking it to the shop wasn’t an option. The engineer came to my home, checked the issue quickly, and identified a broken part. They sent it out for repair and had it back within just one day. The TV was fixed the very next day. Thanks so much — now we can enjoy a family movie together this Christmas! They even gave me a free power surge protector, which was a nice bonus.

Very friendly and capable! Hai diagnosed my issue over FaceTime for the $55 fee and was able to order the part that same day. When the part came in I was able to drop off the TV and it was ready exactly 24 hrs later. It works great! Buying the same quality TV would have been double the price of the repair so I'm happy with the end result.

Hai did a great job fixing my LG Plasma TV saving it from the landfill! Brought the TV in Wednesday and it was fixed noon Friday, quick turn around everything working as it should.
