One of a kind Healthclub facilities, very clean, modern and upgraded equipments, very friendly and helpful staff. Membership is reasonable and affordable. You can't go wrong joining this healthclub. I've been a member of many healthclub workout facilities, like 24 hours fitness, world gym and LA Fitness to name a few, but Innovative Gym stands out from all the clubs that I have joined. It's just an Awesome place to workout! AAA++++
This gym is awesome. It’s small and private and it’s closer to my home and the recovery system is what I want. I did my first Cryotherapy today and it was awesome. The gym equipment was great. The vibe was awesome everyone was not on their phones and just doing their workouts. Great experience I’m glad I became a member 💪🤙🏽🍾
Bahman, a personal trainer at this gym is great. Both my son and I have been training with him the past month and we have learned a lot. He created a plan that focused on what my goal was. I’ve been in the gym over the years and thought I knew what I was doing, but he helped teach me proper form and explain the ‘why’ behind different exercises I was doing. He uses a free app that I can use when I’m not in there with him. I also like the gym because it’s never too crowded when I’ve gone from 12 to 5. They have a good array of equipment and it’s affordable. It’s clean and the staff is friendly.
Great gym. Super friendly. Not too busy peak hours. Bahman is a great trainer - my posture is much improved after just a few sessions. He is very accomodating and can work with my insane work schedule. After years of just showing up at a gym and just winging it , i feel like my workouts are finally balanced. My cardio is much better now as well because of improved form.
Innovative Health is one of the best spaces in the city for fitness and health. Dr. Kevin and his staff are routinely adding new machines and features to both the clinic and the gym. Most recently I used their compression therapy which made my legs and lower back feel so much better after they have been so sore. I’ve used the sauna which is excellent, clean and private and I never have a problem booking time for it. All the new equipment in the gym is especially great and speaks highly to Dr. Kevin’s attention to his clients needs. As a patient of the clinic, I will say that they have worked well with me. They really care about healing as a whole body process which requires effort on behalf of the patient with physical therapy as well as massage. I am fortunate to have this clinic and gym all in one space, my only regret is I don’t use it as often as I could!
