Deb and Zoe at insideout are absolutely incredible! Their talent for interior styling is next level, and they always give the most thoughtful, practical advice that truly transforms a space. I love that they stock outstanding brands like Molmic, Fermob, GlobeWest and Ethnicraft, offering unique, custom and designer pieces sourced from all over Australia and around the globe. Every piece of furniture is stunning, and their homewares and artwork are beautifully curated with such an eye for detail. If you want any custom curtain or furniture made with your choice of fabric, they can do this! They have an amazing range of fabrics to choose from and expert guidance throughout the process. What really sets inside apart is their genuine pride in quality and customer service — you feel completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend Deb and Zoe if you’re looking for timeless style, beautiful pieces and a wonderful experience to elevate your home!

We called into Inside Out just looking for sofas. We met Deb and she offered a consultation in our new home and a follow up in the store for a very reasonable price. We met Zoe in store and she spent considerable time with us discussing our style preferences and putting together fabric selections to suit from their extensive range. Both Deb and Zoe worked tirelessly sourcing furniture, wallpaper and fabric that would all co-ordinate to give us the look we were after. This took so much pressure off us going store to store to try to match furnishings. We have no hesitation in giving this 5 star review as we believe that these lovely ladies went above and beyond to assist us first identify, then create the look that was in our heads through their extensive knowledge of interior designing. Their friendly professionalism was rather refreshing and we are delighted with the results.

We are extremely happy with the beautiful super comfortable Molmic sofa's we ordered from Inside Out Newcaste. I can highly recommend the excellent staff who gave great advice and helped us select exactly the right fabrics to suit our house, art works and the style we were looking for. We will be back.

I recently visited IO on the hunt for comfortable, well made , stylish armchairs. From moment I entered the store , stylist Zoe was an absolute delight. Happy , always smiling and so very helpful. I left the store thinking "that is the best customer service I have had in a very long time." The furniture and homewares in store are beautiful. During my follow up visit , I again experienced this wonderful customer service with Owner Deb. I love my two beautifully crafted armchairs and would not hesitate to recommend Inside Out as a must for anyone looking for quality furniture and homewares. Lana 😊
