After months of less than desirable behavior at home and at school from our 4 year old. My husband and I were searching for a change, a positive outlet and a place for our son to express himself and feel confident and comfortable. After looking at several different options, we decided that Inspire Martial Arts was where we needed to start. After an almost immediate text back from Chris about starting, we were welcomed in to do our trial period within the week. My son who was getting sent home from school for behavioral issues every week, hasn’t been sent home once , since starting this program in December. The physical structure and the mental lessons that Chris teaches every class has helped my son so enormously. The first green flag and the most pleasant surprise was that they teach about bullies and strangers and how to protect yourself and how to handle those situations. Another green flag is that it is one big room and the parents are never separated from their child. The patience that all of the instructors have with the children is applaudable! They positively direct the students and make success the child’s idea instead of demanding it. Everyone always has a smile on their face, even when directing your child. Walking into the building and being greeted by name from Chris, makes you and your child feel valued, like they are welcomed and remembered. I am beyond grateful and blessed that we have found Inspire Martial Arts when it felt like we had no other options. It has truly changed our whole household.

We have been very impressed with Inspire Martial Arts since my daughter started classes in September. After watching for a couple of months, my son has now joined in as well! They truly look forward to going to classes. The instructors are great with kids, and you can tell that they care about what they do. As parents we have appreciated how organized and clearly communiated everything is as well.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We began looking for martial arts for my son. My husband spoke to Chris over the phone and he said it just felt right and he didn't feel like he needed to continue to call around. (Inspire was the first place he contacted) For the first time my son actually enjoys going to do something. They don't only work on martial arts but also how to deal with bully's and strangers (something my son struggles with) The staff is truly so welcoming and amazing. The staff is truly amazing and Chris will address everyone as they walk in by name and I really think that means a little someone to each of them! Well worth our half hour drive each week!
