VerifiedI made an online appointment and had to select a technician. I chose Brian. I get a text/email to confirm my appointment with Brian. I get a phone call to confirm my appointment with Brian. I get to Inspire to check in - and Brian REFUSES to give me service because I am a male. Blatant discrimination. Monica at Inspire apologizes and makes excuse after excuse for this blatant discrimination. He refused to talk to me, acknowledge that I existed. "It is a language barrier" was the number one excuse given. Um....the word "NO!" followed by being ignored by the employee - doesn't really sound like language issue to me. "This is how all nail salons are" - no they aren't. I've NEVER been discriminated against before in a nail salon. I will be filing official complaints with the city agencies.
