I had a builder gel appointment with Kelly, and I had a great experience! My nails look super natural (liquid builder gel + OPI bubble bath), and I will definitely be back. I went in because I got hard builder gel at another salon 2 weeks prior, and it had started lifting and peeling at the edges. I've also had some painful experiences with gel removal at other salons in the past, but I felt really at ease with Kelly -- her experience really shows. She was also so nice and fun to talk to!

This nail salon did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure, they look amazing. The workers were friendly and the place was actually a lot cleaner than most other salons in the area. I recommend spoil u nails & spa to anyone around the Baltimore area!

During my visit at this location. The technician were very nice. I felt welcomed. I felt that listened and were attentive to what makes me comfortable. But I have them 3 stars because the sanitations was sub par. I could tell the pedicure chairs hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The toilets still had chipped nail polish on them. A lot of the brushes to scrub your toes were worn. I also felt that when I asked for the callus removal; my nail tech should’ve left it on my feet for a certain amount of time but she immediately put my feet back in the water which nullified the whole point . I came home to my feet feeling rough just hours after my service. Even though I won’t return , I think it’s important to avoid cutting corners. Please soak and disinfect your jets at the end of night for at least 10-15 minute to truly kill germs.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Spoil U Nails & Spa. I had booked an appointment in advance, but I still had to wait a very long time without receiving a satisfactory explanation from the staff. Regarding skills, the technicians were very sloppy; the polish spilled over the edges and was uneven. When I pointed this out, the staff were annoyed and unwilling to fix it. While the salon looked decent from the outside, the interior was unsanitary, and the nail tools didn't seem to be properly sterilized. For this price, I expected a much more professional service. I definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to my friends. A complete waste of time and money !!!
