I had a great experience working with the team at Integrative PT while training for the NYC marathon. They were incredibly attentive to my needs throughout the process, building a plan to help me stay loose, strengthen weak areas, and ultimately remain injury-free by the end of the race. A special shoutout to Mackenzie and Lilly who were with me throughout the journey. I highly recommend Integrative PT and have already suggested it to friends and colleagues for their PT needs

Been to Integrative PT for two separate lower back disc injuries over the past few years. My experience both times was terrific in every way from my practitioner James down to the support staff. My back is feeling great. James is super nice and knows his stuff. My hope of course is to never need PT services again, though knowing back issues, I'm sure there will be another time eventually. I will not hesitate to go back to James and Integrative should that time come.

Integrative PT is the best. Every time I come in, the care is so personalized, the providers are all extremely attentive, and it doesn’t feel like I’m being rushed out the door! Mackenzie, Jim, and Frank all do an incredible job. Everyone is very helpful when handling billing/insurance as well and makes it as simple as possible for me. I had some knee and ankle issues and the progress I’ve made since coming is amazing!!!

I worked with Mackenzie after breaking my clavicle, and she was fantastic. She was patient, encouraging, and really knowledgeable, making each session feel productive while keeping me motivated. If I could give Dr. Mackenzie more than 5 stars, I would. She is truly a miracle worker and hands down the BEST physical therapist I have ever met. From the moment you walk into Integrative Physical Therapy, she makes you feel not just like a patient, but like a priority. Dr. Mackenzie has this incredible mix of professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine care that’s honestly rare to find. She doesn’t just treat symptoms—she takes the time to understand what’s really going on, explains everything in a way that makes sense, and creates a plan that’s actually personalized (not just cookie-cutter exercises). Every single session feels purposeful, and I can see and feel the results in ways I didn’t think were possible this quickly.
