It’s been a really amazing experience working with Guy for personal training. Got a lot stronger and helped my lower back. The facilities are great/really clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
I came here to look good for my wedding but got so much more out of it. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain and since working with guy, my pain levels have decreased by 90 percent. My posture is so much better and I see overall improvement in my health. After years of bouncing between flighty trainers who didn’t plan or follow-through, my husband and I started seeing Giacomo last year, and were (and still are) so impressed by his expertise, focus and dedication to our individual goals and results. He helps up approach our fitness in a 360 degree way, discussing different types of exercise, diet, stretching, etc. He even took the time to send us detailed workouts when we planned to be away for the summer. I've been working 1-on-1 with Giacomo at NYPT for about 4 months now and it has been a tremendous, positive experience. After having back surgery two years ago I was desperately in need of a fitness plan and positive motivation to get my body healthy. Working with Giacomo (and Jamie occasionally) has already given me more energy and strength than I've had in many, many years. He knows how to push me past my comfort zone while maintaining an awareness of my weak points, and provides great coaching on nutrition and healthy habits. He is always available via text or email for questions and is flexible with my schedule since I frequently travel. Spend a month here with Giacomo; follow his guidance and give it 100%...you'll be a whole new person.
