My experience with Downtown Physicians has been phenominal! Dr. G. is an excellent podiatrist and surgeon. She treated me for plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinitis, and bone spurs by prescribing PT first with surgery as a last resort. I had been in pain and discomfort for years, so while the PT helped, the problem was too far gone. We opted for surgery after a few months. I was very nervous on the day of, but Dr. G. put me at ease and it seemed as if I woke up only seconds after falling asleep. The procedure was successful, and Dr. G 's aftercare has been throrough with clear communication and patience. Basma and the PT team are nothing short of amazing!! They remember every patient's particular issues and needs, and always greet people with a smile and follow-up conversations from previous visits. They are able to manage a room full of patients with ease and structure. Basma has magic hands and even though I'm in pain, I look forward to everything she throws my way. She knows the right amount of pressure to apply and ways to get to areas I didn't realize needed attention. Jude and Jost are always very supportive while they keep us moving with our exercises, and making sure we are using correct form. Catherine, Ashley, Vivian, and Alyssa in reception are always very friendly and welcoming. They make checking-in easy and keep me abreast of how many sessions I've had for payment and insurance purposes. They make sure I remember my appointments via text and follow-up with a call if I forget to confirm. I truly value and appreciate my experience with Downtown Physicians!

Saleha and her team are exceptional. I’ve had PT many times in my life- mostly for sports related injuries - and this team is a standout. From massage to unique exercises- not to mention great attitudes and music- I highly recommend PT here.

The Dr and staff are all top notch!!! I’ve been seeing him for some time and he and his staff have work continuously with my issues, always being positive and helpful even if it came to getting MRI, injection and or seeing another dr. I have also been doing physical therapy at the office and the team is just outstanding positive understanding very helpful. Can’t thank them enough. Hats off to Dr Spungburg and staff.

I have been working with Dr. Basma & Jude for a couple months now, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I’m happy to say I am feeling way stronger and more stable than I was when I first started thanks to their help. Including being absolutely instrumental to my healing, they make the entire experience of PT fun and welcoming. They always provide a high quality service while making us patients feel comfortable with their personable care. I’m so glad I was able to find them! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for talented physical therapists.

Dr. Basma is awesome and very professional and loves what she does for her patients. During my consultation she listed to my concerns and she gave me a certain diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan. I have struggled with a shoulder injury for a long time and I have seen a HUGE improvement in my mobility in only a few PT sessions. Her team is great and it is so pleasant to come get my treatment with them. Dr. Basma and her team had been a God sent to me. I feel very lucky to have found a great group of professionals who care about their patients.
