Very relaxing, but also shocking at the same time as it was my first time trying the cold plunge but me and my mother both enjoyed it! We slept like babies afterwards, so I think it worked well.

Shawnta listened to exactly what I needed And recommended the best for me. appreciated how she explained everything and really nice I always laughed with her. The place it’s Beautiful super relaxing, clean . Love the massage chairs they have when you wait. I definitely recommend to book with her. You are gonna see results with her.

Did contrast therapy for 2 with a friend and it was a great experience. The spa was easy to find with ample parking. Staff was welcoming, knowledge and friendly. Check-in was quick and painless. Vibe and atmosphere is flawless! We really like that the room was heated so that there wasn't such a temperature contrast from leaving the sauna to getting in the cold plunge. We were able to maximize our time and didn't feel rushed. The contrast therapy room is small overall, but we had exactly what we needed. We had a great experience and will both be back!

I had an amazing experience with Shawnta. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The space was clean, calming, and beautifully set up, instantly creating a relaxing atmosphere. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs instead of pushing products or treatments. Throughout the entire service, she explained what she is doing, checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend booking with her. Professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.

I booked a full body lymphatic massage with Jordan, she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, warm and fun to talk to. The space is beautiful and makes for a great place to spend time relaxing. I felt rejuvenated after my treatment and look forward to the next one. Highly recommend!
