Smart Fix is an excellent phone repair shop. Their prices are very reasonable, and their appointments are always punctual—no unnecessary waiting. They do keyboard soldering and extremely precise soldering work, and the quality of their repairs is outstanding. You can tell they really know what they're doing. I had an iPhone 6S with a dead battery. It would charge to 100% but if the phone rang ONCE - the battery was down to 1%. I took the phone to Smart Fix and they replaced the battery in one day and also replaced the screen cover. Excellent work!!

Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for Joseph and this business. He is an absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate human who genuinely loves helping others. He will not try to scam you or try to sell you anything other than what you need, and his prices will hands down beat anyone else. I call him a magician and will never go anywhere else if I need any type of device fixed. He is amazing!

Brief summary: my iPhone 13 Pro camera broke (just the lens) and I needed it repaired. I took it to Joseph who replaced the lens quickly and perfectly for me at a great price! Very happy with my experience, and would highly recommend anyone else needing a lens replacement to make the trip and visit Joseph for a fix! The long of it: same issue, I cracked my camera lens (the zoom lens) and after searching for a repair store I found Joseph’s work here. I took my phone in for a repair, and Joseph gave me the run down on what work needed to be done (remove lens, clean out glass shards, put in new lens), the cost (very good price I think!), and estimate time of repair. He also did a couple of other diagnostic tests to ensure the other cameras were working as expected which I appreciated. He explained everything patiently and thoroughly. After coming back to the store to pick up my phone, we checked out the repaired functionality of the cameras and I was very satisfied with his work. It’s as if my phone was never broken! We checked the zoom lens also and honestly, I think my camera works better now than it did before! Pictures: Unfortunately I forgot to take pics of before repair (with cracks), so Joseph, if you have any photos to share, please feel free to do so! I only have the repaired photos, and the camera is like brand new :) Greatly appreciate your help and service Joseph!!
