My macbook screen cracked & died on me, but Sean was able to purchase and replace the screen with no issue, at a reasonable cost. One of a kind business where someone actually answers the phone & walk-ins are welcomed.
Had failure to post, couldn’t figure it out. Dropped my pc off, Sean Stanley pinpointed the issue (Dead motherboard) in a couple minutes of it being on his desk. Fixed the issue and I got the PC back in even better condition than when I purchased. 11/10 service, reasonable pricing, great guys overall. Would recommend.
My aging ASUS laptop experienced an inability to access the operating system. Sean Payne offered to diagnose the problem for free and provide me with an honest assessment. I fully expected it to be dead as it was already several years old. A day or two later Sean called to report that he had not only fixed it but recovered everything and identified a dangerously swollen battery. He replaced the battery and fixed the machine for a very reasonable cost. I offer you my highest recommendation for S&S when your computer needs attention.
S&S Computer Solutions is a reputable and knowledgeable company. After a total computer failure that had a software application they had never encountered, Sean went above and beyond to ensure I would have it accessible after the repair was completed. After trying to connect 4th SSD to expand the disk space my PC stopped turning on. A paperclip test showed that my power supply was supposedly working, and I had already changed the motherboard and processor this year. I took PC to the guys from uBreakiFix for diagnostics. After 1 week there was a zero result and a charge for diagnosis. In desperation I brought a non-working PC to a specialist named Sean from S&S Computer Solutions. He figured out that it was a problem with the power supply (despite my paperclip test) in 15 minutes (I will contact the manufacturer under warranty). I really admire the professional and human qualities of the staff of this PC service. Now I will definitely recommend these specialists to all my friends, colleagues and neighbors.
