Good with cosmetic repairs, but very poor with internal hardware fixes. I had my iPhone charging port replaced and initially everything appeared fine. However, I soon noticed I was missing calls and notifications and realised the vibration motor had stopped working after the repair. I returned about a week later, and during the vibration motor replacement (which I was charged for), the SIM card reader was damaged. This left the phone completely unusable. After weeks of back-and-forth with my network provider, it was confirmed that neither a physical SIM nor eSIM would work due to hardware damage. I was without a phone for almost a month and ultimately had no choice but to buy a new one at significant cost. I did not feel comfortable returning the phone for further repairs, as each visit seemed to create a new issue. The owner was pleasant to deal with, but the outcome was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Had an iPad get slammed in a car door. Repair mate guys were very upfront about costs involved. It was $50 for them to open it up and see how extensive the damage was - which I felt was fair. Only took 24th to get in the parts needed and repair. Great price, nil BS.

Pretty happy with the service here, had to order parts in so took a day and a half (which I suppose is reasonable given the age of the phone), but the quality of work and price were good. All said and done, a good experience and I'll be returning next time I need something done. - Had a Samsung s22 battery replaced.

Great service. My phone screen stopped working and I took it to Repair Mate. Sakib fixed it and am very happy with the phone. Would recommend anyone to go check out Repair Mate if they need their devices fixed.
