I saw this food truck in front of the Don Quijote parking lot and bought it! It was a great choice!👍 Delicious!😋Vegetables and asparagus + 🥦+White rice + Garlic Original Sauce $19 It takes about 10-15 minutes, and you get a paper receipt when you pay, so it might be a good idea to shop at Don Quijote. I was surprised at how heavy it was when I received it! 😆 First, choose your main dish. Next, choose whether to order another dish for an additional fee. You can skip this option. Next, choose whether to add vegetables or not, each for $2. You can skip this option (it's definitely recommended!). Next, choose rice, either white or brown. Next, choose your sauce. Cash only. They probably don't have change for under $20, so you can order exactly $20, or order over $20 to make it exact, or if it's under $20, just tip. 😁 The vegetables were surprisingly delicious and colorful, and considering the lack of vegetables in Hawaii, even adding two or three dishes is still delicious. I spotted this around 7:30 PM in front of the parking lot across the street from Don Quijote. From the Don Quijote side, the truck has the word "IRON" written on it, but unless you're standing on the sidewalk, you might not notice it because there's no window for the food truck. If you see it, definitely try it! 😊 Highly recommended! ✨ Next time, I'll try it with a different sauce and loads of veggies! ✨ By the way, I took this photo after eating a bit of it. lol
