Teresa is wonderful. I've been going to her for almost 5 years now. She has a lovely personality and is very skilled at finding the pain points without me even saying anything. She really has a talent for healing with her hands. She is also very perceptive and can tell if you're interested in chatting during the massage or need a quiet massage and matches the vibe you need. She can give a relaxing massage if you need it or she can "beat you up" if you need it, too LOL. What I mean by that is, if you want deep pressure to attack angry muscles, she can take care of that. That's my preference, for her to do whatever she needs to do to get my muscles to loosen up. It's great lol.

I like deep massages and the therapist. Gave me a deep massage. I came in for my sciatica nerve on the right side of my leg, not only did she help with that she also help with my stiff neck and I didn't even tell her about that.

They have chair yoga here. Anna our instructor was fabulous Lots of stretching exercises. When l went there, we mainly worked on the back and hips which l really needed. It was a nice zen feel with music. The other ladies there were also helpful. I will be returning because Anna is so great in what she does.

The genuine love, compassion, and sincerity I felt as soon as I sat down in my first visit was immediate. She's an angel among us that can only be described as doing God's work. I will not be able to explain everything done in my visit to give it justice, but I walk away so much better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I can only express my gratitude by sharing goodness with others the way that Laura did me. Her expertise and heart culminate into an experience, that I can only wish for everyone. God bless you always with everything that I can dream for you, Laura.

I attended my first class today. The instructor and other attendees were very welcoming and friendly. The center has a good vibe. The class was awesome! The instructor offered modifications regularly and allowed room for individualization. I would definitely attend again. Bring water!-
