Our office had an IT emergency, Johnny came out and diagnosed & repaired the problem. He replaced the router, got everything back online and offered other helpful suggestions and equipment to improve our Wi-Fi signal , networking, and prevent future problems. He was great to work with, we are glad to have him on call for any future issues and I would highly recommend him.
This company was located as a result of an exhaustive search for superior assistance in a desperate situation since this report is from an Instructor over Internet Audio Live transmission. The President of this business is Mr. John McDonald. There was no selection for twenty stars. We were prepared to be forced to purchase a very expensive replacement computer. Mr. McDonald in ONE DAY not only recovered the CRASHED computer, but also upgraded the computer to incredible efficiency, removing all deficiency. Obviously his expertise in electronics is superior, coupled with his clear explanations of problems and solutions. And above all, this company is one of INTEGRITY and total honesty with incredibly reasonable pricing. DO NOT use anyone else if you require computer service. Apparently, considering his knowledge and expertise, there is nothing he cannot accomplish. The service of this company, located in Sapulpa Ok, is far beyond any service previously used. This company is NOW and in the future, our go-to IT and computer specialists.
My go-to guy, from now on. I am not a techy person, at all, and I was getting very aggravated with my laptop. I took it here and my laptop is running better than it EVER has. I felt very comfortable leaving my computer with him. He called me a couple times to verify a few things and always spoke in terms I understood (very much appreciated!!). My issue was resolved, my data was saved/restored, I wasn't pressured to buy things and spend extra money. I could have easily been taken advantage of on service/resolution/cost, but I wasn't. I will be coming here for all my computer/tech issues. Thank you so much!
