I have been at JAB Boxing academy for almost a year, I am doing it for my well being and to lose weight. I can say nothing but great things about Coach Jose, he has taught me great skills and every day I strive to better myself! This place is great for any age group and any skill level, it has become a family of sorts, everyone is great and is willing to help you out. Shout out to Coach Lee and Coach Scott for also being very supportive and their willingness to help out.

As an individual who has never had prior boxing experience I can say With The Facility and Trainers I can say I’ve been enjoying myself in learning from Coach Jose who always brings the best out of everyone heading into each workout! The atmosphere & community here has brought a lot of confidence in me, aside from helping me both physically and mentally with his knowledge and understanding of the sport I am happy to be apart of JAB🥊. HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is wanting to begin or wanting to tryout. There is a 2 Day trial he offers through his website for first timers! As he is a patient, understanding, & well disciplined instructor who is willing to work with anyone‼️

Great coaches and awesome atmosphere. I checked out a handful of other gyms before signing up here and JAB Academy was a standout because of the environment and because of Coach Jose. You can tell he’s passionate about teaching the sport of boxing to people of all ages. He adapts his coaching style to ensure you understand the fundamentals and he makes learning fun and challenging. There are boxing gyms closer to where I live but I’m happy to drive the 45 mins to work with Coach Jose and the team at JAB Academy.

Coach Jose is a great trainer, mentor, very knowledgeable, professional and motivating. He knows how to keep the kids engaged. I took my son there for classes and he had a great experience, he made great gains quickly thanks to their tutelage. He works very well with kids and young adults. I would definitely recommend JAB Boxing Academy, this is the place to go, no doubt!
