Wow! Where to start! First time using Jackson Hewitt services. Went to their location at 1200 Battlefield In Chesapeake around the beginning of Octobor to finish my personal and business Taxes. It has been almost two months and still I have only spoke with the Business representative Mr. Sherman,once! The first time, after two weeks, he was a conference in DC. I had to wait a few days just to get a call. Craig, the guy who does personal taxes has tried to help much as possible but he couldn't even get Sherman to call me back. Every time Craig says Sherman will call, he does not! This week Mondday 11-17 Craig said " I talked to him about you for about 1 hour and he was supposed to call you. I said Sherman still has not called me. Today, 11-20, called Craig again and he said " did Sherman call you? Nope he has not called! Craig said " hold on I will call him and call you back. Craig calls! Oh Sherman is again in a conference in DC and he said he will call you back on Saturday and meet on Sunday. I sure Jackson Hewitt can provide a good service but I will never take my taxes to the location 1200 Battlefield in Chesapeake, at least not for business. Mr. Sherman cares more about his career and going to conferences instead of providing good costumer services. Your two locations on Battlefield is terrible.

We have been going to Jackson Hewitt for many years and Ms Dorothy and Matthew have been very detailed explaining the process making sure our returns are accurate and explaining what we need to do to make our returns favorable. They have always been CHAMPIONS with the customer service they always provided.

Excellent service! We had not gotten a return dor the past 2 years the reason being, I was not paying enough from my military pension income. That was corrected for 2024! I like to give Ms Lolin and Mr. Dan for all the help in getting our taxes done properly, and fast for a reasonable price!!! Thank you so much; we’ll continue to go with you guys. We recommend this company!
