Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. He maintained clear and consistent communication with me throughout the entire reroofing process for my home. Every promise made was kept. His crew arrived on time, with a permit, worked safely and efficiently, and made sure my property stayed clean each day. I cannot express how blessed I feel to have been able to work with Travis Mann and Jacksonville Roofing USA. Getting a new roof and making sure you get the right roof and work with the right people to be happy with your investment is stressful; but I am happy to say that my experience with Travis and Jacksonville Roofing was one of the best! Travis answered all of my questions and gave helpful direction so I got what I envisioned. They showed up on time and Travis kept me in the loop during the entire process. He made sure that we fixed the problem areas so that I didn’t have future problems with my home. The team was respectful, pleasant and worked quick. Everything was clean up after the job leaving me able to enjoy my new roof. Thank you Travis and team!! Here are the before and after photos- so happy with the look….. now to start picking out new paint colors :)

We were so fortunate to have found and work with Travis and Jax Roofing USA LLC. They came in highly recommended from a friend. I contacted Travis 2 weeks ago, and he was communicative and responded very quickly. Within that time, he provided me with a quote, (upon our approval) started pulling the necessary permits, delivered our chosen materials, and got the job done. The estimate/contract was very easy to review. There were no hidden costs, and he answered all of our questions without hesitation. Travis and his team began work at the break of dawn and completed our new roof by 3:30 pm, well before the arrival of possible inclement weather. Throughout the day, he would send me photos and provide me with updates. Overall, Travis was very friendly, highly professional, and transparent. Thank you very much, Travis and Jacksonville Roofing USA! We love our new roof!

I had contacted Mr Travis Mann to give me an estimate and came to the place of my property. He gave me a date to start the work. Once started I dropped by to watched the workers how they work. They replaced all the rotten wood. Completed the roof replacement and was very pleased. It’s a job well done. I’ll recommend Jacksonville Roofing USA and Mr Travis Mann
