I was referred to Miranda Gutierrez and Ida Wears and boy did I hit the jackpot. This team is so knowledgeable and professional and their level of service goes above and beyond. Someone is always available for my questions on car insurance, homeowners insurance, flood insurance and umbrella policy coverage. They do it all. Recently Miranda researched multiple carriers for our home insurance needs and she found us a policy with better coverage for our new home with a lower premium. Who does that? I have had insurance a long time and have never received the customer service I have over the last several years as I do with Miranda and her assistant Ida and the entire team. They are responsive, kind, always out for my best interest as their client, and the customer service I receive is second to none. Miranda even took my call when she was on vacation recently and assisted me. I have my two cars insured with them and my two homes. Miranda Gutierrez and the whole team at Jaffe Tillchin Wealth Management are the best. Her office has provided my Homeowners insurance for close to ten years now. She provides useful and sound advice and answer's any and all questions. My savings in premiums has been substantial. Her office is responsive and always helpful. Other agents I've worked with are more focused on throwing numbers at you and making a sale, similar to car dealership. Not Miranda's team they will do the best they can for you. Call her office you wont regret the call.
