GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. IVE BEEN A TURBO TAX PERSON FOR YEARS AND WANTED A PROFESSIONAL EYE ON MY RETURN THIS YEAR. THE PROCESS AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GREAT DEFINITELY GOING BACK AND HAVE REFERRED MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!! DONT WALK RUN YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I very rarely leave reviews; however, this is one business that is most deserving of one! Dionne is very personable and professional. He explains everything clearly and gives you options, along with educated explanations of each. He is also very compassionate. You can tell he really cares for his clients and gets the job done every time. I highly recommend him. He was completely amazing to deal with.

Elite Tax Experts did not file my 2022 (my taxes for that year would have been filed incorrectly as well). I emailed multiple times requesting a refund for failed services. I would advise against using Elite Tax Experts as your tax advisor. Updated Response 09/30/2025: I sent several follow-up emails to your first response, saying you need 24-48 hours to see what's going on, and you guys ghosted me! I sent separate emails, too! I just want my 500 bucks back for a failed service. You have the proof; I sent the PDF multiple times. So please refund me my money, I would really appreciate it. It's been over a month, and Elite Tax Experts still have not refunded my 500 bucks for a failed service! No response, nothing! I HIGHLY recommend another Tax representative!!
