Decidí hacer mis taxes con esta compañía y lamentablemente mi experiencia con el servicio al cliente fue muy mala. Fue extremadamente difícil comunicarse con ellos: no contestan el teléfono y casi siempre envían a voicemail. En varias ocasiones me dijeron que el IRS no había aceptado mi declaración y que debía esperar, pero después descubrí que ni siquiera habían subido mi información al sistema todavía, sin explicación clara del porqué. Eso generó mucha incertidumbre y preocupación innecesaria. Al final el problema se resolvió, pero durante el proceso todo se sintió poco transparente y desorganizado. Considero que en un tema tan delicado como los impuestos, la comunicación y la claridad son fundamentales. Espero que mejoren su atención al cliente en el futuro.
