I recently worked with James Sharp and was impressed by the professionalism and clear communication throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the local market made me feel confident every step of the way, and the friendly approach created a relaxed atmosphere. James was always available to answer questions, even on short notice, which made the experience stress‑free. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here – definitely the best realtor I’ve dealt with. My family is forever grateful to James and his team. Thanks again for helping our family get into our first home! 100% recommend James to everyone, because we believe in him and we were lucky enough to have had him in our corner.

10/10 would recommend James representing you on a purchase or sale. And here’s why: He will always have your best interest at the forefront of every walk through if you’re buying a home. If you’re selling your home, he makes sure to have your home looking its best. In a time where social media and virtual tours reign supreme, he uses all platforms to get the biggest out reach. James’ negotiation skills and punctuality will always save you time and money. We ended up getting an offer over asking price on the sale of our old home and he negotiated an offer under asking for the purchase of our new home! Long after your home is bought/sold he is sure to follow up that you are happy. You can say that about a lot of realtors around Vegas, but James will always have a special place in our hearts. His dedication to his work and as a long time friend gave us the best deals on the sale and purchase of our homes. We greatly appreciate him!

We hired James and his team to sell our home after interviewing several agents, and he immediately stood out as our top choice. His communication is excellent—he stays on top of everything and checks in with you every day. What impressed us most was his exceptional marketing skills, far beyond what other agents offered. Even though the market wasn’t ideal for sellers and we were a bit nervous, James and his team were able to secure a buyer with the very first showing. We are truly grateful for James and the work he put into selling our home! Until next time .

5/5 stars - each star for customer care, flexibility, communication, speed, and value. James Sharp was extremely flexible throughout the whole buying process. Him and his team accommodated my schedule and made adjustments without any hassle. As a second-time buyer, I appreciated how the team listened and adapted to my needs. I would definitely recommend James as the best realtor in the area!
