10/10 would recommend James representing you on a purchase or sale. And here’s why: He will always have your best interest at the forefront of every walk through if you’re buying a home. If you’re selling your home, he makes sure to have your home looking its best. In a time where social media and virtual tours reign supreme, he uses all platforms to get the biggest out reach. James’ negotiation skills and punctuality will always save you time and money. We ended up getting an offer over asking price on the sale of our old home and he negotiated an offer under asking for the purchase of our new home! Long after your home is bought/sold he is sure to follow up that you are happy. You can say that about a lot of realtors around Vegas, but James will always have a special place in our hearts.
