After many years of buying and selling homes, I can honestly say that Alex and Zoe Grodzinsky's professionalism and approach far exceeds any real estate experience we have encountered. From helping with pricing, staging the home and the magnificent photos taken to show the home, to working between the potential buyer, they were the best. The Grodzinsky group obtained a buyer and completed the negotiations in less than a day. There aren't enough stars to fairly represent how happy we were with Alex and Zoe.

We had the best experience with Zoe & Alex! We were challenging clients because we were selling a home in another state and were unfamiliar with the Las Vegas area. In one day Zoe showed me 10 different neighborhoods! She carefully took notes of my likes and dislikes. By the end of the weekend we had narrowed down my ideal neighborhood so that when I went home she knew what to look for. We made 2 offers, both were accepted! She's an incredible negotiator and her professional network among the realtors was a real game changer. Even when we backed out of the first offer she was more than gracious to us. She truly wanted us to find our perfect home. She's a gem and we're so incredibly grateful that we found her.
