Grace is such a sweetheart! This really is a great store and they’ve been there for 20 years! She helped me size my fingers for rings and was so helpful
Hisgrace is sufficient
I can only speak for my experience and not the other reviewers or the quality of her work. I walked in and no one was at the counter nor spoke to me. It was extremely odd. I saw the owner I presume working in the back but still said nothing. I looked around a bit and took a seat, still silence. I got up and walked out and went to Plano Customer Jewelry down the street and was immediately greeted and told they would be with my shortly and left my ring for repair. The owner does not have a good attitude and the place reeks of cigarettes.

Great experience! Grace is knowledgeable and has integrity. I took my watch in after another jewelry store replaced the battery and it still wasn’t working. I was then told to give it a couple of days and it might pick back up and if not, it was probably the movement. Took it to Grace to discover they put it a dead battery. Won’t go back to them but the saving grace here is that i met Grace, my new jeweler 😊
