I went in yesterday night January 2nd 2026, around 6pm and I was greeted in a condescending way by a Hispanic man. My necklace had broke which was a Christmas present given to me and I wanted to see what my options were to getting it fixed. The man never once smiled and gave short answers, I didn’t feel welcomed at all, he made it seem as if I was a bother . There was another woman there who made the interaction better while I waited for him to do the paperwork on his iPad, I’m so glad she was there but didn’t get her name . I came in today to pick up my fixed necklace and found out he is the assistant manager . Horrible example to lead everyone else on how to treat customers.

Elizabeth at Jared Jewelers is absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend her enough. After my wedding ring unexpectedly broke, I was completely devastated. That ring meant everything to me. Because of Elizabeth, what started as a heartbreaking experience turned into something positive and meaningful. I am able to welcome the New Year of 2026 wearing a ring that truly shines, both in beauty and in what it represents. My new ring is absolutely stunning, and every time I look at it, I’m reminded of the care, dedication, and compassion Elizabeth brought to this entire experience.

We had an awesome experience with Elizabeth McCann at Jared in Lubbock Texas! She was wonderful to work with! This is Rhonda’s husband, Tony….. I wanted to tell the staff and Ms. Elizebeth thank you for your hard work on making my wife feel comfortable and to allow her to understand she was worthy of this beautiful ring. You put together a wonderful 30th anniversary/christmas gift for my beautiful bride. I also want to thank the people in back who put it together for us. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!!!

I have spent hours searching for a wedding band. My taste is non-traditional and atypical so it was a small challenge to find just the right wedding ring to accompany my engagement ring. Emily had the best ideas and entered into my vision for a ring and found the perfect ring for me. She was kind, patient, interactive and a pleasure to work with. Finding my ring will be one of my favorite wedding memories.
