The small interaction I had with Mr. Joel was phenomenal! My new wedding band had a minor issue after being resized. Mr. Joel waisted no time in making sure it was fixed and re polished. I’ve been going to Jared’s for some time, I feel I had the best experience today, Jacob met me upon arrival, of coarse I didn’t want any help, I don’t know what I want, but I will figure it out, he was courteous, professional, and patient. He went as far as to look up my previous purchases for my preferences, after some time, back and fourth with options, he showed me the earrings I came for, I know my wife will love her gift, and I will be returning for service like that !
