The customer service you receive at Newcastle Service Centre will exceed your expectations every time! I phoned at 7.30 this morning about a problem I had with my car. Kyle told me to drop in this afternoon after work which I did. He went straight to the source of the problem and fixed it there and then probably saving my engine and me a lot of stress! I can't recommend Newcastle Service Centre highly enough.

11/09/25 Adding on to my first review. Kyle & Loude’ keep this place afloat. They have both gone out of their way to help me with a not normal light globe for my Hyundai. I cannot thank them both enough. Very professional & accommodating. Thank you Kyle & Loude’ Had an awesome experience @ Newcastle Service Centre. Great team. Very good communication, responds to everything in no time. Had my car serviced at the Newcastle service centre, they done a great job, engine bay was very clean no oil spills/dust. Price is very good, will definitely go there again.
