Perfect facility for private and semi-private training sessions. The semi-private sessions still seem like one-on-one with personalized training for each client. I started seeing Dan when I wanted to start lifting weights and also bought the nutritional coaching sessions. His approach to fitness and nutrition is straightforward, and he's so knowledgeable in both areas! Both Dan and Erica are amazing and really know what you need to help you reach your goals!
