The service I received at Jewel Gallery was top notch. I had a specific idea of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. This was a truly special way to help me honor my son who passed. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship are what stand out. The ladies were so sweet in helping me pick stones to accomplish the look I wanted. It is an memorial necklace charm with white gold, diamons and my sons birthstone amethyst. I am truly blessed to have met you all.

The ladies at Jewel Gallery have been extremely helpful since day one! When my husband and I first went for a chain repair we felt welcomed as soon as we walked through those doors. When we decided to get married a few months later, we knew exactly where we wanted to purchase our rings. Rebeka assisted us in choosing the perfect rings for an unforgettable occasion. We will also continue to go to Jewel Gallery for our jewelry repairs due to the amazing job the jeweler does!

The Jewel Gallery provided exceptional customer service ! I was greeted by each employee with a smile . Marlene and Dania assisted me and were both knowledgeable and happy to help me. All 4 employees that were there were so kind and knew their product well. I think I walked it minutes before their closing time, but no one made me feel rushed. The Jewel Gallery has beautiful, unique pieces and offer a great layaway plan. Beautiful pieces! Welcoming and warm atmosphere! Excellent customer service! Definitely going back !
