I had an amazing experience picking out an engagement ring for my fiancée. Christine, one of the sales reps, helped me through the enitre 3 week process. We went over different designs and setting within my budget. She let us pick the diamond first then the setting which really was amazing. The first setting we picked turned out not to be as the setting in the website so she showed us a better setting that was in the inventory. Christine did an absolutely fantastic job adapting to my budget & foreseeing my dream engagement ring.
