I highly recommend this business. I just picked up a custom ring, and again they exceeded my expectations. Also, their repairs and custom work prices are unbeatable. A+

I had an amazing experience picking out an engagement ring for my fiancée. Christine, one of the sales reps, helped me through the enitre 3 week process. We went over different designs and setting within my budget. She let us pick the diamond first then the setting which really was amazing. The first setting we picked turned out not to be as the setting in the website so she showed us a better setting that was in the inventory. Christine did an absolutely fantastic job adapting to my budget & foreseeing my dream engagement ring. The picture provided is the setting but missing our oval diamond(1.8 ct VVS1, E) and 2 green emerald marquis diamonds.Thank you so much to the team at Johnson Jewelers.

A True Gem of a Jeweler – Thank You, Jessica! When my husband and I were looking for the perfect ring to commemorate our 30th wedding anniversary, we had already been through six months of frustration with another jeweler. Then we walked into Johnson’s Jewelers and met Jessica and everything changed. From the moment we met her, she truly listened. She understood how meaningful this ring was for us. I had my heart set on something very rare: blue diamonds. Not an easy request in El Paso, but Jessica went above and beyond. She arranged to have several blue diamonds shipped in just for me. Within less than a week, I had my custom anniversary ring in hand! Jessica was incredible, attentive, communicative, and caring throughout the entire process. She texted and called to keep me updated every step of the way. By the end of the day the diamonds arrived, my ring was finished and ready to wear. It’s absolutely perfect. Thanks to Jessica (and a little divine intervention), we now have a beautiful piece that celebrates 30 years of marriage. Johnson’s Jewelers has definitely become our go to especially for Mother’s Day when I know I’ll be treated to chocolates and flowers, too! If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, cares deeply, and delivers with heart, ask for Jessica. She’s truly one of a kind.

Initially, I wasn’t looking forward to the appointment as it felt like a chore—repairing several pieces and reworking sentimental inherited jewelry. However, Raul’s expert eye and guidance transformed my experience. He truly listened to my ideas and offered suggestions that exceeded my expectations. When I picked up the finished jewelry, I was thrilled with the results. Raul’s dedication to understanding my needs and his insightful recommendations made all the difference. Additionally, he took the time to educate me about my pieces and even showed me how to use a jeweler's loupe. It was a WOW experience with exceptional customer service. This was by far the best experience we have had at a jeweler in 20 some years!
