If you are like me and are a little intimated when you walk into a jewelry store because you are not sure of what you're buying and the sales people aren't helpful and if you do buy something you feel a tinge of buyer's remorse because you don't really know if you got your money's worth, then Susan Eisen is the store for you. You will experience friendly, helpful service and you will get a first rate education on the piece you buy or brought in for repair or sale. She truly is the best in town!

Susan’s personalized care, lifetimes of expertise, and professional team make entrusting most precious family heirlooms to her care. I am thrilled with the two inherited rings she resized and the assessment she performed on the rings. Well connected, and well respected. Susan Eisen is THE go-to when it comes to heirloom jewelry!!!!

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Ms. Susan Eisen, which I found to be truly excellent. Although we didn't purchase our ring from Ms. Eisen, she came highly recommended for jewelry appraisals, and I can see why. From the moment we walked in, her staff was both professional and friendly, making us feel welcome. Ms. Eisen worked directly with our ring and provided insightful advice throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised when the appraisal was completed in just two weeks from the drop-off date. If you're looking for someone to handle appraisals, I highly recommend reaching out to Susan Eisen. Thank you, Ms. Eisen, for your expertise! We look forward to visiting you again in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience at Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and guided me through different options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The quality of their pieces is absolutely stunning—you can tell they put so much care into their craftsmanship. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and how personalized the entire process felt. They went above and beyond to make sure I left with something I truly loved, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for a jeweler who combines expertise, creativity, and genuine customer care, Susan Eisen is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning for future jewelry needs!

We went in for an estimate (ring resize) immediately susan pointed out the ring (a spider ring) was too sharp. Wow! I was amazed, the stones needing to be specified in case they cant handle the heat. It just felt very trust worthy. Price was great too! Loved it will come back for any other series of things i may need. Amazing 🤩
