I'm so impressed, they did a lovely job sizing up 3.5 sizes while keeping every bit of detail my fiancee adored. Ryan recut the stone in my ruby engagement ring due to a small chip, retipped the prongs and polished everything. He made the entire ring look brand new for a very fair price. Such a nice guy too!! So very pleased.
