My experience from the very beginning was amazing. Ryan and Olivia were incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. She asked thoughtful questions I hadn’t even considered and explained everything thoroughly. We brought in my fiancé’s grandma’s diamonds for my wedding band, and while I had a general vision, I was completely open to ideas. Olivia showed me several options—plus variations of each—to make sure I could create a ring I truly loved. I originally planned to visit a few different jewelers before deciding, but I felt so comfortable after my first meeting that I chose MSP Jewelers without going anywhere else. I’d make the same choice again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing experience at MSP Jewelers. Ryan and Olivia were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We wanted to resize an antique ring but were nervous the ring’s structure would be too fragile. Ryan and Olivia took excellent care of the ring, and were super communicative throughout the entire process. It turned out the prongs were damaged from age (nothing to do with MSP Jewelers), and Olivia was super quick to communicate options, and get us exactly what we wanted! They were up front with all the pricing too; no hidden fees or upselling. It’s clear that Ryan and Olivia love what they do and treat it as an art. I cannot recommend this place enough! Please skip the big box jewelry stores that are churning out identical rings!

We are so happy with the rings we designed with Ryan and Olivia at MSP Jewelers! We recommend them to anyone in the market - especially for wedding and engagement rings. We had no idea how affordable it could be to create a fully custom ring (their pricing is incredibly competitive and fair.) Going in, we didn't know what kind of rings we wanted - but with their 1:1 expertise and attention throughout the entire design process, we left with two absolutely perfect rings! Start to finish our process took a few months as we worked through deciding exactly what we liked, and we were never once rushed into making any decisions. We already can't wait to go back and work with them again. Highly highly recommend!
