Most jewelry stores do not take costume jewelry seriously when brought in for repairs. The Jewelers is a complete exception! I came in with a large variety of pieces: everything from a cherished, childhood butterfly clip to a vintage gold-plated necklace. Many cleanings and repairs were made that very day, and the few items that would take longer received honest and fair appraisals. If you have the time, also take a peak at their jewelry collection! I purchased a gold vermeil chain, and they adjusted it for me right on the spot. Whenever I need repairs, The Jewelers is where I am going.

I brought in three silver pieces: two necklaces, and a ring. They fixed the necklaces. The ring is another story. Edit: I had the same ring repaired twice by them and it unfortunately broke after a few weeks each time. I also had to pressure the repairs to be done as they gave a timeline of two weeks and then took closer to a month to be done. The owner also said he would "give me a deal" if I posted a 5-star review
