Having realised that my cross had fallen off the chain due to the original link wearing through and snapping, I was seeking it to be repaired urgently. I was in Capalaba one day and just walked right into Jewellers Vault and asked the lady if she could fix this for me, im sorry but i did not ask her name. Without hesitation to help me, she reattached the two within 5 minutes. This might be the smallest job she could have ever completed but it had the biggest meaning to me. A truly wonderful service from a kind and talented lady. Thank you.

Claudia is a master of her craft! She has made 3 stunning pieces of jewellery for our family, using old stones and gold we provided. She has also restored, repaired and re-designed a much loved, but aged, engagement ring, and a family heirloom ring, handed down from grandfather to grandson. Her design work is outstanding and her craftsmanship is second to none. We proudly call her ‘our family jeweller’. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
