Had my wedding ring resized and serviced about a year ago. I am now missing about 6k in diamonds. I lost the smaller stone first, but thought maybe it was a fluke. Lost my main diamond today, while doing laundry. I don’t wear it to sleep or rough activities. Don’t waste your money on this place. You’ll pay more to replace stones they were supposed to secure.

I smashed my engagement ring (I’m hard on things)and my husband took it to Morgan to have it repaired. Less than a week later Morgan worked his magic and replaced my small diamond with a one carat lab created diamond in time for our anniversary four days later! Not only that he put my original diamond into a beautiful pendant. We cannot recommend him highly enough. I have gone to him for years and will continue! You should too!

I can’t recommend this place enough…. I brought in my grandmothers wedding band to be recreated into two of my own wedding bands and Jewelry by Morgan blew my expectations out of the water. My engagement ring had a tough band to fit next to, but the team at Jewelry by Morgan made it perfect and so beautiful. They went above and beyond through the entire experience. If you’re thinking of going somewhere else - Don’t!

Honestly one of the most amazing experiences! My fiance and I came into the store with a unique shaped engagement ring. We couldn't find anywhere that had bands to match or fit around the ring without costing an large amount of money or a guarantee it would actually fit. Everyone in Jewelry By Morgan was up for the challenge at a fair price and we are SO happy with the result. Scott sent us photos of each step of the process as it was happening. They took my ring and sent it to an artist that created actual drawings of possibilities for a jacket for my ring for us to choose from. They listened to everything we wanted in a ring and brought the dream to a reality. Next step was casting! I never knew how much work really went into designing a custom piece like this. The process was long but SO SO worth it. We found our jeweler for life! They really did put so much love and care into this whole process and I'll forever recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful or custom piece!

I can not recommend Jewelry by Morgan more. Our daughter got engaged the week before the world shut down for COVID19. Her fiance gave her a family heirloom ring when he proposed but their desire was to get a custom band made to go with it. About 6 weeks before the wedding we went to Jewelry by Morgan. We spoke to Morgan and Scott and they were both so invested in our situation/story/desires. -- Well, it so happens that the company who makes the molds for them was *not* back to work because of the pandemic. They had to use another vendor. The first two molds broke and these guys worked SO hard to get the ring to my daughter in time for her wedding. They got it done and we picked it up with one day to spare. When I tell you Scott teared up when he handed us the ring, I am NOT exaggerating. He literally had invested so much of himself in making this happen that he was emotional. He told us he had touched that ring all but two days in the last week and half. A piece of him is in that ring. -- These guys seem more like family. Their workmanship was exceptional as well. They didn't just make a curved diamond band to fit with the vintage ring, it had the exact same intricate settings and even the side view matched! I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. And, side note, their price beat everyone else's too. 10 stars for sure!!
