I got my oil changed here for over a decade. I can't even remember going anywhere else. Unfortunately my car started leaking oil twice within 2 years after oil changes and I've had to replace my oil pan twice. The first time I assumed it was a fluke but it happened again. It has cost me close to $900 dollars in repairs both at the dealer and with a 3rd party mechanic shop. They did not offer any compensation either time unless I had it fixed in house which I was hesitant to do for obvious reasons. Be very careful going to a shop that doesn't take full responsibility for their work. The manager corresponded with me and then just stopped responding to my texts with no explanation. I have only been kind to those I interacted with so it was unexplainable.

Avion and Jess did an excellent job on my headlights restoration. I had a lifetime warranty on one of them in which they honored. I had the other light restored since it needed it. Courteous and respectful.

I was able yo get my oil change in 25 mins not including waiting in line which is ok, but they adverse 15 min oil changes on the front of the building. The workers were nice and brought me a water well I waited in my car. I did try looking before hand to find pricing and coupons and could not find any on there website and was not told price until after the service was completed, and if I had known it would be that expensive I would have found another place. As well as I had to google how to rest set my cars dash for the oil and filter. As a broke college kid my recommendation is not there find something better, cheaper, and faster. I do believe in spending my money when its wroth it, but Jiffy Lubes cost and time are not worth it.

GM was a kind and awesome guy who broke down all the different things this car of mine I got for cheap that had been neglected needed to run better. He didn’t push anything on me that I said I couldn’t afford and gave me good news that my car wasn’t in as bad of shape as I thought. He was very polite and explained things in simpler terms for me since I don’t know much about cars at all. Oil change was quick and all the staff were very professional and friendly !! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning regularly.
