From the moment we booked Jillian over a year and a half ago for full wedding planning, we knew we were in the best hands. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, but Jillian immediately brought a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence that made the entire journey not only manageable, but genuinely enjoyable. As a very type-A bride, her organization, timelines, and attention to detail were everything I could have hoped for and more. She thought of things before we ever had to and made us feel supported every step of the way. Jillian truly listened to our vision and cared deeply about what we wanted our day to feel like. Her recommendation of Ethereal Gardens was a perfect reflection of that — it was everything we had imagined and more. Every decision, suggestion, and vendor recommendation felt intentional, thoughtful, and rooted in our vision, not just a checklist. On our wedding day, Jillian and her team were incredible. Everything flowed seamlessly, and because of that, we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment without stress or worry. Knowing she was behind the scenes handling every detail allowed us to experience our day exactly as we had dreamed — full of love, joy, and gratitude. Beyond her talent and professionalism, Jillian is such a genuinely kind and sweet person, and that made working with her even more special. We truly love Jillian and her team and will forever be grateful for the role they played in one of the most meaningful days of our lives. Jillian is absolutely amazing and hiring her as my month of coordinator was hands down one of the best wedding decisions I ever made! She was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, had so much patience with me as a hands on bride, and made sure I always felt supported! Once the month of kicked in she was all hands on deck, and I wished I had her as my full planner throughout the whole process! She worked beautifully with our vendors, always advocated for us, ensured we had everything we needed and everything we were promised. She made sure my vision was brought to life each step of the way, and did everything she could to handle anything that came up without me having to worry about it! She was always incredibly honest with me and made sure I was headed in the right direction. On the day of the wedding, she handled the inevitable family drama with ease. She handled things we did not even know were going on, intercepted them, made them right, and made sure it did not cause us any added stress. Every single person in our family and bridal party came up to my husband and I after the wedding and told us how much they loved her. We absolutely love her and could not recommend her more highly!! Jillian was truly incredible, not only during the day of the wedding but the whole year before the wedding. She is extremely organized, kind, friendly, and most importantly cares for her clients! Jillian is an absolute gem! We booked the partial wedding planning package that started 3-months prior to our wedding and upon booking, we added a kick-off call w/ Jillian to get us on the right track from the get-go. After that first call, I knew she was the perfect fit! I loved her energy and knew that with her personality, she would help me get my sh*t together! Jillian shared her knowledge, was straightforward about certain things that ended up saving us time and money and was hands-on and organized throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, it honestly felt like I had another bestie in my bridal party. :) It was awesome to see her in her element - she took charge, communicated with all the vendors, kept us on schedule, found family members when they'd go missing before their speeches/dances and still managed to continuously check on my husband and me. She made sure we were having fun and always had food/drinks in our hands throughout the night. A wedding truly is a production, like putting on a show or a play, and you need a good director to keep everything in line and that's Jillian! It's an investment you won't regret!
