Lady has a serious bad attitude! Went in looking at wedding bands. We were dealt with by a friendly man and when we said we would have a think about the rings an older blonde lady started telling us, “when they are sold they will be more expensive next time. Someone will come in and buy these if you aren’t careful” etc Hardest sell ever! We went to Beaverbrooks, were treated so well, made to feel special, given Prosecco and ended up buying rings there that cost £300 more but I would not give Reas my money!

Called in to get a watch battery changed - have always used Joseph Rea for this and never had any problems before but this time the attitude was that I was an inconvenience to them. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Having used them for 15 years I won't be back again.

Oh my goodness the older lady with the blonde hair needs to be sent on a customer experience course pronto!! So rude and unhelpful. I went in the late morning of 11th April to ask about getting a ring of my mother's resized. What a nasty woman, I was actully quite upset when I left. She needs to learn some manners

Got all my watches fitted with batteries and it didn't break the bank unlike other places.
