Very bad customer service and the jewelry looks nice but very poorly made. Take your money elsewhere. If you buy like I did you'll have to be coming back for repair after repair. NOT WORTH IT!

The worst customer service. The owner got offended and yelled at me when I pointed out the work on the items I bought was done wrong. It was fixed after I refused to take something half assed when they were paid in full upfront. Never going back.

If I could give a zero I would. They were awesome some time back. It appears to me that after they expanded and grew customer service went out the window. I went back for exactly the same thing they did for me on a ring repair which took them 30 minutes and charged a reasonable price. This time it has been over a week. They couldn't give me a price on the repair because "the owner isn't in." All in the mean time the girls working there have a real nasty attitude. I'm a federal employee and I don't think my customer service is as poor as theirs is. One pretty much has to beg them to acknowledge. Oh, I also couldn't get a price from the girls on cleaning 2 wedding rings, again, because the "owner isn't in." Well here's a suggestion maybe the owner should be more focused on his job. It wasn't like this. They're were very good before. Guess popularity got to their heads. Back to the ring repair, they tell Me to go pick up my graduation ring at the flea market on Sunday, then I go at 930 they're closed. I go at 10, they're closed. I call and call and no answert. worst experience ever and super high price compares to first repair they made on a similar ring. Do not come here. Have some respect for yourself, cause the girls working there won't.

Very disatisfied because i paid $420 dllrs to get a ring made & ended up with what they wanted to sell me. All those other comments posted on facebook i saw are fake probably by friends or relatives just to give it a good review. Don't waste your time and especially your hard earned money!!!
