I recently purchased a ring at Kay Jewelers & salespersons Anna and Samuel were fabulous; they were super knowledgeable about the item I was looking for and made my purchase an actual enjoyable event process. Mr. Luis and Ms. Dana were really helpful with my fiancée and me while doing our 6 month diamond inspection. They helped us a lot that we ended buying our wedding bands today. Awesome and great customer service!

I had such a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers! Claudia helped me pick out my very first tennis bracelet, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I asked a lot of questions, and she was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable, never once making me feel rushed. She really took the time to help me find the perfect piece, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you, Claudia, for making this such a special and memorable experience!
