I recently came here and one of the workers was super unprofessional, he kept asking personal questions which made me very uncomfortable. When it was time to pay the delivery cost was very expensive and I refused at first and then the same worker started getting mad and asking how I was going to fit the box in my car, and then forced me to buy the delivery cost even though I lived 6 minutes away from the place. When it was time to pick up the item, the same worker again called me and started demanding for help which is again very unprofessional because if I’m paying $140 I would expect you too at least carry it to my house and not demanding me to come help you carry the boxes. The same guy also was struggling to carry my boxes and ended up dropping it onto the mud making my floors dirty. My suggestion to any newcomers who are interested from buying here is to not, there are many other better places to buy furniture from who are more professional and won’t drop your packages onto the mud!

Really good store with nice quality sofas and fair prices. Bob was super friendly and easy to talk to. He listened, gave good advice, and didn’t try to push anything. You can tell he cares about his customers. I’m really happy with my sofa and would definitely recommend this place. Valentin

My wife and I are looking to replace some furniture so we saw JR Furniture had a sale going on and we checked it out yesterday. The selection in the store was pretty good but while we didn’t find the reclining sofa (first choice) or a sofa and ottoman ( second choice) we did find something great. The other piece of furniture we were looking for was a recliner to replace the old Lazy Boy we bought around 10+ years ago. They had a swivel recliner, leather, that is comfortable and we got it for half price! The purchase, delivery, and set up was seamless and painless. We bought the recliner yesterday afternoon and by 6:45 pm, the recliner was in our home, set up, and they took the old recliner away. The delivery and removal fee was better than we’ve seen from other furniture stores. These guys are terrific and we’ll be checking back next month for the other pieces we want.

I recently bought a fabulous electric blue velvet couch and matching chair, as well as a few other things at JR. I was planning to go to another well-known box store but just happened to walk into JR and found some items which were substantially higher quality at roughly the same prices. Bob and Raj were extremely helpful. I highly recommend you visit JR furniture before you decide to buy. You might find yourself just as pleasantly surprised as I was! Michael

I've been shopping for furnitures (2 king bed frames and mattresses) recently and visited JR Furniture again because of the great experience when I bought my bed and dinning table there nine years ago. They’ve changed ownership since COVID, and Unfortunately, things have changed quite a bit under the new management. When I spoke with the owner or manager, he told me to go home, take measurements first, and come back so he could give me his best price. I asked, “What if I’m ready to pay now?” and to my surprise, he started yelling at me and showing a very negative attitude, insisting I leave and measure first. The owner was extremely rude and showed no sense of customer service. He was pushy and pressured me to make a decision on the spot, yet refused to give me the best price. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience — a complete contrast to the service I received years ago. The one star goes to Raj, who has worked there for over 20 years. He’s a great guy — professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. If it weren’t for him, I would have rated this place even lower.
