JT Nails & Spa - Best Nail Salon In Aurora CO

I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism at this salon. I called ahead to provide specific details regarding the shape, style, and color I wanted, and I was quoted a firm price of $65. However, upon arrival, the staff began adding several unquoted surcharges. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was met with extreme rudeness and constant interruptions while I was sitting down halfway through my appointment. Furthermore, the staff member made me feel very uncomfortable by hovering and refusing to give me space after I asked for privacy. I value clear communication and a respectful environment, neither of which were provided here. I will not be returning. Picture of rude staff member attached.

If you love doing your nails, I would recommend JT Nails & Spa! They are absolutely amazing!!! I have came into this nail salon about 4 times now. They do such amazing work!! I have gotten my engagement nails and wedding nails done here! Everyone I know always asks about my nails! For pricing they are really reasonable with their prices and packages they provide :) The staff are always so sweet and welcoming! Every time I head into the salon, they greet me and ask, “what type of service do I want to have for the appointment”. Which is sweet since they want to make sure they have an amazing staff to prepare the service before heading over to the table. Yesterday, when I was in there. There were a lot of people and they were so busy, but I noticed for everyone who came in. They always asked if they would want to wait or reschedule a bit later. That way you don’t aimlessly wait there for a long time. Which is amazing they take into consideration for everyone. This is the spot for nails if you want them done!

This was my first time at JT Nails & Spa and I couldn’t be happier! Kaylee and Lynn were amazing. Lynn paid such close attention to detail and really made sure everything was perfect, and Kaylee was so sweet and welcoming. The service was top tier, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I left extremely happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I came here for the first time to see Jacob for a dip set to celebrate my birthday. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. He took his time and I was very impressed. I also liked the clean environment of the salon. I came back today to get my set off and the woman who did my nails did an amazing job. My nails are healthy and strong and beautiful I really appreciate the amount of care this salon puts in for their customers. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you 😊
