UPDATE: I’ve since found another business to handle the repair, and they were great. I still feel a bit sorry for this owner, though. After posting my review, I saw that others had similar experiences with his defensiveness and tone. It’s a shame, because it could all be so much easier for him. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate technology and trust people online, especially with so many scams about. My one-star rating stands, though, because it’s a step too far to publicly accuse someone of being a scammer. ___ I contacted this business to ask about repairing a vintage amplifier. When I tried to call their listed number from my UK mobile, the line returned a “spam” message. I mentioned this in an email and politely asked if there was another way to get in touch. Their response was abrupt and dismissive, suggesting I “get a working phone” and ending with “good luck.” It may have been a simple misunderstanding about international calls, but the tone of their reply was unprofessional and put me off pursuing the repair with them. I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience.

It's totally insane how petty and aggressive the manager is. If you want to know what's really up with this place, I suggest you read the reviews on Yelp, not here. Avoid at all costs.

I took in a set of GR Research X-LS Encore bookshelf speakers that I put together and fumbled quite a bit of the crossover soldering. Ray was nice enough to take a same day appointment and fixed them IN THE SAME DAY. Unbelievably quick turnaround. If you have any reservations about the appointment process, don't. These people know their stuff and are more than economical when it comes to pricing. A+ work. If I ever have any audio/video that needs repair, Just Service is my spot for life.

Brought in an old, decayed, rusting hulk of a Marantz receiver that probably lived outside for the last 20 years and they miraculously breathed life back into it in two days. Highest of all recommendations!
