I cannot recommend Justin more. 5 stars doesn't even do him justice. I have been working with him for about 3 months now and every time we workout I feel better and stronger. I was very very new to fitness and training and Justin made sure to show me every step, correct my form when needed, and create a workout that would yield results while also recognizing I was at a beginner's level. I have noticed a meaningful difference in my muscle mass and even got compliments from other people who noticed the change. Justin tailors every workout to my goals and makes them fun rather than a chore. He is also just a nice guy who you will undoubtedly find a common interest with to talk about while working out. Justin is great. I've been training with him for almost a year now, with a focus on gaining muscle mass, and have seen awesome results. He does a good job of tracking my progress and making sure each session is challenging.
