Amazing establishment to bring our dog for daycare! We recently moved and came to this location. The service at K9 resorts is amazing across the board. The standard remains high at each location and the Heights is no different! Excited to start bringing Sherlock to the Heights!

K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Houston-Heights is honestly the best spot I’ve ever taken my dog. The place is super clean, the staff actually pays attention, and you can tell they genuinely care about every pet that walks in. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and smelling great. The whole experience felt easy and stress free, and I’d trust them again without a second thought. Five stars all the way.

Tilly had a great 1st day at the K9 Resort in the Heights as evidenced by her Facebook and Instagram happy shots throughout the day. Such a clean and beautiful place. She placed so hard with her new friends that she crashed when she got back home. It was definitely a good day!

I can’t say enough good things about K9 Resorts Houston-Heights! My dog tends to be very nervous in new environments, but the staff here went above and beyond to make both of us feel at ease. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and truly attentive to his needs. The facility itself is spotless, calm, and doesn’t feel chaotic like some places we’ve tried before. I could tell he felt more comfortable each day, and I genuinely had peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Thank you for treating my pup like family—this will absolutely be our go-to place from now on! 🐾
