would highly recommend! Martin covers all aspects of fitness, including nutrition. he is very knowledgeable about the scientific side of things. I trained here for 4 months and lost approx 25kg in that time. also reduced my average blood glucose levels significantly. life changing results, and I don't say this lightly. compared to some PT's around Glasgow it is also pretty good value.

With his patience and encouragement not only have I lost weight but gained in confidence (he’s even got me dead lifting which was just a pipe dream). Martin is a wonderful personal trainer. He is patient and encouraging and made me feel at ease, despite being very apprehensive about embarking on my fitness journey. He is incredibly knowledgeable, not just about fitness, but also nutrition and overall general wellbeing, he does an amazing job of motivating me to be the best, most healthiest version of myself. The studio is a fabulous space with all the equipment you could need, I really appreciate the privacy and one to one focus, it makes the experience less daunting and I feel I get much more out of my workouts in this environment. He also provides excellent support outwith our sessions to help keep me on track, even when I don't feel like it. I am a much more confident and healthy person since working with martin, I can't thank him enough.
