This was my first time at Mr. Tire and I couldn't be more pleased. -Without a doubt, I would highly recommend.❤️ They offered me options, I made a decision and booked an appointment and had new tires put on. It happened to be snowing on my way home. These "All Weather Flex" are perfect for my driving habits 😂 The "All Weather" was a good choice for me. ***Customer service "Exceeded" my expectations. Staff was pleasant, friendly and proffessional. Refreshing! The entire shop was clean, including the washeroom which is rare. 😂 Cleanest shop I've ever been in. It's also nice because they have cameras in the Work Bay Area with a monitor/screen in the showroom so we can see it's clean, organized, and we can watch our vehicle being worked on from the waiting room. Thank you very much to all who was involved at Mr. tire to accomodate me. I really appreciate it. Amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: P.s I have been driving in the snow around Ottawa for three weeks now with my new hankook all weather flex tires. I am very happy with them in the snow.

I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tires. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They quickly replaced my car’s tires and made sure everything was perfectly balanced and safe. I had an amazing experience at Mr. Tires! The staff here are genuinely nice people — super friendly, honest, and always ready to help. They work fast, but still make sure everything is done properly. One of the best parts is their walk-in showroom. You can literally walk around and see all the rims in person, and the setup is crazy nice. The lighting is amazing, so you can really see the details, colors, and finishes before choosing. The whole place is organized, clean, and packed with a huge selection of rims and tires. Overall, Mr. Tires made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great people, great service, and great quality. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Mr. Tires Ottawa. I recently purchased a set of used tires, and I’m honestly blown away by the service and quality.
