I am learning beginner Spanish online with Profesor Franko and the Kasa De Franko (KDF) team since January and am really enjoying my experience. From Day 1, Profesor Franko immerses you in the Spanish language. It may seem intimidating at first but it truly hones your listening skills and ability to learn through context clues, which crucial when learning a new language. Since he is a native speaker, Profesor Franko teaches proper Spanish that is practical for work and everyday life here in the Bay Area, as well as abroad in Spanish-speaking countries. Along with the KDF workbook and online materials, Profesor Franko makes each lesson fun and engaging with diagrams, videos, and songs. He is also thorough, flexible, and goes at a pace that suits our group. The KDF classes tend to be small (mine is just me and my classmate), so each lesson offers plenty of time and individualized attention to practice vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, grammar, and listening skills consistently. It's neat to see how much more Spanish we can understand, speak, and write compared to earlier this year. I also want to give a shout out to Pedro and the KDF administrative team who are very responsive to any concerns or questions. They are very organized about sending reminder emails before each lesson and providing the materials needed for each class. Thank you, Profesor Franko and the KDF team, for making learning a new language fun and achievable, even for a busy healthcare professional like myself. I highly recommend them if you've been thinking about learning Spanish and have yet to take the plunge. Now is the time! 🙂

Franko from Kasa de Franko makes learning Spanish fun. He leverages various methods including singing songs, learning Spanish through fairy tales and other clever methods to help students really understand the language. I took several years of Spanish when I was a young girl in middle school, but I never really learned to pronounce words properly or to fully understand all of the grammatical aspects. Franko has taught me to focus on my pronunciation. I’ve been taking Spanish classes from Franko for the past two years, and still look forward to going to class. I could not speak or understand Spanish before I started taking classes with Franko a year ago. Taking Spanish classes with Franko opened up a whole new world to me. As a fellow professor, I really enjoy his teaching style, which is very engaging, fun, and educational. With his help, not only was I able to become proficient in Spanish, but also develop a much deeper appreciation for Latin America. I started attending Kasa de Franko school of Spanish about six months ago. I have been studying Spanish for the last four years and I have always been looking for new ideas and the best ways to improve. I have finally found the best way to improve in the school of Kasa de Franko. My conversational skills have improved dramatically and I'm now in the skill level that I could only dream about six months ago. I actually feel comfortable conversing in Spanish about any subject. Franko emphasizes conversational exercises and tirelessly looks for ways to make you better. I'm always amazed how he can instantly find examples and ways to explain my questions. Franko speaks six languages and maybe that's where his understanding of how to teach comes from. In any case, I really recommend his school to anyone who is serious about learning Spanish at any level. Harry
